Career and Life Coaching Programs
Career Assessment, Exploration and Coaching
2 to 4 hours of career assessments, in-person or by phone and internet. The focus is on values, interests, transferable skills, and labor market resources. This assessment is followed by weekly coaching sessions by phone or in-person.
Telephone Coaching
Weekly telephone meetings, ½ hour each, all but the last week of the month plus all follow up contact between meetings (email or quick telephone contact).
In-person Coaching
Weekly meetings in-person, 1 hour each, all but the last week of the month plus all follow up contact between meetings (email or quick telephone contact).
Blended Telephone and In-person Coaching
Weekly meetings all but the last week of the month plus all follow up contact between meetings (email or quick telephone contact). The blend will be one
in-person meeting one week, 1 hour in length and the remaining weeks will be ½ hour telephone meetings.
Wildflowers Within Retreats
Empowerment retreats for women drawing from the vibrant, resilient beauty of Northern California's coast or Sierra Mountain Range.
10% of earnings is donated via time and financial contribution to not-for-profit organizations that promote human potential.
