Career and Life Coaching Programs
Career Assessment and Exploration
2 to 4 hours of career assessment, in-person, by phone and email. The focus is on your values, interests, transferable skills, and labor market resources. This assessment can be followed by weekly coaching sessions by phone or in-person.
Telephone Coaching
Weekly telephone meetings, 1 hour each, 3 times a month, plus follow up contact between meetings (email or quick telephone contact).
In-person Coaching
Weekly meetings in-person, 1 hour each, 3 times a month, plus follow up contact between meetings (email or quick telephone contact).
Blended Telephone and In-person Coaching
Weekly meetings 3 times a month, plus follow up contact between meetings (email or quick telephone contact). The blend will be a 1 hour in-person meeting one week, plus 1 hour telephone meetings the remaining weeks.
Wildflowers Within Retreats
Empowerment retreats for women drawing from the vibrant, resilient beauty of Northern California's coast or Sierra Mountain Range.
10% of earnings is donated via time and financial contribution to not-for-profit organizations that promote human potential.
